The festival will be held at Africa Lake Entertainment Complex Accra, Ghana. ALEC is between Trade Fair and Providence Events center on the Giffard road

The One Voice Festival is an all-ages event. Please note that any attendee over the age of 4 will need a ticket to enter.

Chairs are provided at all experience zones except the Main Concert area. These chairs are spaced 1 meter apart to ensure adherence to the distancing safety rule in enclosed zones

TICKETING

Every ticket purchased for the One Voice Festival grants you admission to the festival grounds primarily. Only hospitality tickets offer some extra value. Check this out at our tickets tab

All tickets are only available online and on Ghana mobile services for One Voice Festival 2022. We will not be selling any tickets at the festival grounds.

You will receive an RFID wristband as you arrive at the festival by scanning a ticket copy from your phone or printed paper.

Yes, we can provide a payment plan for large group orders admitting 10+ people. Terms and conditions apply. Please email us or send us a direct message on our social pages.

One Voice Festival is a rain or shine event. All sales are final. There are no refunds. Your ticket is for the festival and not for a specific artist. Artists and schedule are subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for a refund. You are welcome to donate or sell your tickets to friends or family if you are unable to attend.

We have a database of all attendees and their corresponding ticket purchases. Our technology partners V-Access will verify tickets from direct emails or text messages sent to your mobile phone when the purchase was made.

CASHLESS MARKET PLACE

One Voice is a cashless festival. All attendees will have to make deposits or load their spending money to their personal RFID wrist bands and this band will be used for every transaction at the festival grounds.

All vendors will be using RFID scanners to receive payment from your wristband for ALL purchases.

You can top up the balance on your wristband as many times as possible during the festival, but we advise you load enough at-a-go to avoid any congestion.

Yes you can bring cash with you, but you would have to load it to your wristband to enable you make any purchase in the festival.

Yes, we accept all mobile money for top up unto your RFID wristbands only. You will not be able use mobile money for direct purchases inside the festival.

Yes, we accept all cards including Visa, MasterCard and union pay for top up unto your RFID wristbands only. You will not be able use your cards for direct purchases inside the festival.

VOLUNTEERS

We are taking applications for volunteers. Just head down to the homepage on our website and hit the “Join Community” tab to fill your forms. Applying does not automatically make you a volunteer. Our team will reach out to you to confirm and conclude the application.

Yes! As a member of the One Voice Community, you are welcome to do whatever you choose with your free time as long as you show up on time and ready to work when scheduled. Being a volunteer though does mean that you may have to sacrifice some of your viewing time to do the job that you signed up for. Volunteers will have to work during at least one evening out of the two days.

All members of the One Voice Community are permitted admission to the festival and may enjoy the festival whenever they’re not working, a t-shirt to show everyone that you are part of the Team and a volunteer certificate.

We ask that all volunteers work for all two days of the festival, and on the day before if they are willing. We do not accept 1-day volunteers.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

As an outdoor festival at such a large park, we will not be enforcing a mask policy when outside at the festival. Masks will only be enforced in enclosed spaces. If you feel more comfortable, kindly wear a mask.

We will also not require vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test to attend the festival.

In addition, One Voice will have increased hand sanitizer stations on site, and cleaning crews will do frequent cleanings at high touch areas.

EMTs, First Aid stations and on-site ambulance service will be at the festival. Quickly report any emergency to the first aid station to get attended to

ITEMS YOU WILL NEED

Please be sure to remember NOT to come along with the following:

No alcohol

No illicit or illegal substances

No weapons or explosives of any kind

We strongly advice that all attendees refrain from bringing food to the festival grounds unless medically proven to be necessary or for a toddler.

No pets or animals of any kind will be allowed except stable horses that occupy a designated space within the festival grounds.

SECURITY

Lose something at the festival? Head to the Access Verification stand at the main entrance or speak to a guard on duty to see if your item has been recovered.

TRANSPORTATION & PARKING

Parking is absolutely free at the One Voice designated space. Any space beyond this may come at an extra cost to the attendee
